I believe in the surreal. The transformations of the mundane into legend, the absurd into custom, and the creation of icons, are intrinsic to my work regardless of medium or genre. I hope for my work to inhabit these spaces where myth is made fact and forgotten. It is where our pennies are turned into wishes and where history is cured. It is in these pockets of transience that I have found myself, at once, most at home and most vulnerable.
