Fishing for Wishes chronicles ten influential wishes collected throughout the artist's life. These wishes are honored by placing the pennies upon which they were placed with brass plaques engraved with the wish, along with the birth and end date. These hall of fame wishes include: "To never to be a virgin again” (1989- ), “To know the man my mother fell in love with” (2004- ), "To never be forced to lie" (1988- ). The installation quietly reminds us to revisit own desires and exigencies.
